CAE/Fluid Analysis

We are determining the specifications of the mold and predicting and addressing potential issues to optimize the injection molding process.

At Kawachou Resin Industry, we offer "CAE/Flow Analysis." With over 10 years of experience in flow analysis, we conduct flow analysis during mold production, allowing us to identify issues and make suggestions during the design review before production. This enables us to implement measures before the mold is produced, reducing time and costs until mass production begins, while enhancing quality and stability. 【Features】 ■ Over 10 years of experience ■ Ability to identify issues and make suggestions during the design review before production ■ Simulation and visualization of resin flow inside the mold based on a 3D model ■ Predictable phenomena that may occur during the injection molding process, including flow and solidification *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fundamental knowledge of fluid analysis! What is CAE (analysis) service? *Includes case studies.

Reduce man-hours and costs! Why not visualize the invisible parts and predict defects? Filling analysis, shrinkage analysis, cooling quality analysis, gate position analysis.

CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) is a technology that enables virtual prototyping and testing in three dimensions using computers. It is expected to allow for sufficient prototyping and testing using CAE from the early stages of product development, enabling the development of high-quality products with as few prototypes as possible. Our company has implemented 'flow analysis,' which simulates the movement and state of molten resin inside the mold, typically not visible from the outside. We aim to produce better products. This document provides an explanation of flow analysis. We encourage you to read it! [Contents for Verification (Excerpt)] ■ Examination of Molding Possibilities - How the resin flows inside the mold ■ Examination of Productivity Assurance - Pressure distribution and temperature distribution during flow and holding pressure ■ Quality Verification - Analysis of warping factors - differences in volume shrinkage, temperature differences in the mold, fiber orientation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

2-axis screw compressor flow analysis

Introduction to a fluid flow analysis simulation of a two-axis screw compressor using SimericsMP+ and SCORG, as a case study in thermal fluid analysis.

CFD allows for the shortening of product development periods, reduction of prototype costs, and acquisition of detailed data that is difficult to measure through experiments. In this article, we will introduce application examples that can be useful for product development using Simerics' CAE/CFD software. Two-axis screw compressors have applications in refrigeration and air conditioning, including air conditioners and refrigerators. In the design process, significant costs and time must be spent on prototyping and experiments. With Simerics' CFD, high-performance thermal fluid analysis can be processed quickly through large-scale parallel computing, allowing for easy and rapid results. Additionally, the cooling lubricants are analyzed using the VOF method, recreating conditions close to actual experiments. This is expected to significantly reduce man-hours and costs! There are still many reasons to use Simerics' CFD software. Please check the link below or feel free to contact us!

2-axis screw pump flow analysis

Introduction to a case study of flow analysis simulation of a two-axis screw pump using SimericsMP+ and SCORG for thermal fluid analysis.

CFD allows for the shortening of product development periods and the reduction of prototyping costs, as well as obtaining detailed data that is difficult to measure through experiments. In this article, we will introduce application examples that can be useful for product development using Simerics' CAE/CFD software. The two-axis screw pump has applications in refrigeration and air conditioning, including air conditioners and refrigerators. In the design process, a significant amount of cost and time must be spent on prototyping and experiments. With Simerics' CFD, high-performance thermal fluid analysis can be processed quickly through large-scale parallel computing, allowing for easy and rapid acquisition of results. Additionally, the cooling lubricants are analyzed using the VOF method, recreating conditions close to actual experiments. This is expected to significantly reduce man-hours and costs!
